Fill the bucket truck with school supplies

PDEC employees had a “fill the bucket with school supplies” drive and delivered it last week to Gordon Elementary School in Dillon, SC.  New principal, Dr. Michael McRae was thrilled to receive the large donation for his fourth and fifth graders. The school also received several copies of PDEC’s 80th History Book to put in their library.

Items donated included:

  • 5,625 sheets of notebook paper
  • 4,000 post-it notes
  • 912 crayons
  • 540 colored pencils
  • 418 pencils
  • 212 erasers
  • 110 red pens
  • 106 glue sticks
  • 75 folders
  • 52 highlighters
  • 50 composition notebooks
  • 50 dry erase markers
  • 34 pencil pouches
  • 18 scissors
  • 10 three-ring binders
  • Any various other items for teachers!
