Each year on the fourth Saturday in October, members of Pee Dee Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PDEC), gather for their Annual Meeting. Elections to the Board of Trustees are held, co-op business is transacted, a business report is delivered by the President and Chief Executive Officer and members receive information on new services.
A registration gift is provided to all attendees plus drawings for door prizes and bonus prizes are conducted when the formal business meeting concludes. As a member of PDEC, you have a say on all matters presented for consideration. It is a privilege and a duty to attend your Annual Meeting.
